On November 29, the Quang Binh Provincial Federation of Labor held a conference to elect additional members to the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and Vice President of the Provincial Federation of Labor for the 19th term, 2023-2028.
At the conference, the Executive Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor elected Mr. Le Minh Duc - Member of the Party Delegation of the Provincial Federation of Labor to the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Vice President of the Provincial Federation of Labor, term XIX, 2023 - 2028 with 100% of the votes.
Mr. Le Minh Duc (born in 1987, from Duc Hoa commune, Tuyen Hoa district, Quang Binh province); is a Master, Civil and Industrial Engineer, senior political theory.
Before being mobilized and appointed as a member of the Party Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor and nominated for election as Vice President of the Quang Binh Provincial Federation of Labor (term 2023 - 2028), Mr. Le Minh Duc worked as Secretary of the Quang Binh Provincial Party Committee.
In her speech assigning tasks, Ms. Dinh Thi Ngoc Lan - Party Secretary, President of the Provincial Federation of Labor congratulated Mr. Le Minh Duc on being elected by the Executive Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor to the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, and holding the position of Vice President with absolute votes of confidence.
The Chairman of the Quang Binh Provincial Federation of Labor believes that with his qualifications and expertise, Mr. Le Minh Duc and the Standing Committee and Executive Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor will continue to promote the spirit of solidarity, uphold responsibility in performing tasks; focus on building a strong Trade Union organization to increasingly better perform the work of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members, workers, civil servants, and laborers, contributing to the successful implementation of the Resolutions of the Trade Union Congresses at all levels; Resolution of the 19th Congress of the Quang Binh Trade Union and Resolution of the 13th Congress of the Vietnam Trade Union, term 2023 - 2028.
