On January 6, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation (LDLD) said that the Executive Committee of Hoang Phu Commune Trade Union has just organized a conference to summarize Trade Union activities in 2025, deploying orientations and tasks for 2026.
Attending and directing the conference were Mr. Le Khac Binh - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation, Deputy Head of the Trade Union Work Committee; Mr. Nguyen Minh Hung - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Commune Party Committee; Ms. Nguyen Thi Luan - Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune. The conference was also attended by members of the Executive Committee, members of the Commune Trade Union Inspection Committee and typical advanced individuals.
The report at the conference showed that in 2025, the Hoang Phu Commune Trade Union effectively implemented activities to care for, represent, and protect the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.
Many practical programs are maintained such as union member welfare, "Trade Union Meals", visiting and supporting union members in difficult circumstances and suffering from dangerous diseases. Propaganda and education work has been promoted, and over 90% of union members have been trained and thoroughly grasped the Party's guidelines and policies and laws of the State.
Patriotic emulation movements continue to spread, contributing to building strong grassroots trade union organizations.
In 2026, the Hoang Phu Commune Trade Union determined to continue to focus on ensuring the rights of union members; effectively implement the "Trade Union Home" program; participate in the "Digital Literacy" movement; concretize and put into practice the emulation movement "5 pioneers, 5 companions".
Speaking to direct at the conference, Mr. Le Khac Binh and Mr. Nguyen Minh Hung requested the Commune Trade Union to continue to innovate the content and methods of operation; build a key work program, closely following the political tasks and needs of union members.
At the same time, regularly grasp the situation of life, employment, salary and bonus regimes of workers; promptly propose and recommend to the Provincial Labor Federation and levels to support and better care for union members in difficult circumstances.
On this occasion, the Hoang Phu Commune Trade Union commended 4 collectives and 20 individuals with outstanding achievements in the 2025 trade union movement.
