On May 10, the Trade Union of Sunjade Vietnam Shoe Co., Ltd. organized the excellent skills contest for workers in 2026.
Attending the program were Mr. Luong Trong Thanh - Chairman of Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation; representatives of leaders of departments under the Provincial Labor Federation and hundreds of workers at Sunjade Vietnam Shoe Co., Ltd.
Participating in the contest were 8 teams, with 250 contestants who are workers of the company. At the contest, the teams went through 4 competitions including: stringing, leather tailoring, heel tailoring and medium tailoring.
According to the Trade Union of Sunjade Vietnam Shoe Co., Ltd., the contest is an activity to respond to "Workers' Month", "Moment of Action on Occupational Safety and Health" in 2026.
The contest is an opportunity for workers in the company to exchange, learn experiences, improve professional qualifications, professional skills, promote the spirit of creativity, and bring high efficiency in work and production.
At the contest, the teams competed enthusiastically in the cheers and enthusiastic encouragement of hundreds of union members and workers. At the end of the contest, the organizing committee awarded prizes to the teams with outstanding achievements.
On this occasion, representatives of leaders of Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation, Sunjade Vietnam Shoe Co., Ltd. and the Company's Trade Union presented 110 gifts to workers in particularly difficult circumstances.
