The contest is implemented to raise awareness, update knowledge, digital skills and spread the spirit of innovation among officials and employees of the Vietnam National Credit Information Center (CIC) - a unit playing a leading role in TTTD activities of the State Bank of Vietnam.
In recent years, CIC has promoted comprehensive digital transformation to improve the quality of products, services and customer experience. The unit has constantly diversified channels of product and service provision on digital platforms, helping credit institutions and customers access credit information quickly and conveniently. At the same time, CIC has strengthened the application of big data technology in processing, analyzing and exploiting TTTD data, thereby improving data quality and decision-making support capabilities. CIC has also applied machine learning technology in building credit scoring models, contributing to improving accuracy in customer assessment, supporting effective credit risk management. In addition, the application of artificial intelligence (AI) and new technologies such as AI chatbots, automatic switchboards in customer consulting and support has helped CIC improve service quality, optimize operating processes and gradually build a modern and intelligent TTTD Center.
According to the Organizing Committee, on May 7, 2026, CIC organized an online mock exam to help candidates get acquainted with the exam format, question system and technical operations before entering the official exam round.
On May 8, 2026, the official round took place simultaneously at CIC Headquarters and CIC Branch in Ho Chi Minh City in a lively, serious and exciting atmosphere with the participation of 275 union members from Trade Union Groups (100% union members, excluding members of the Organizing Committee). Contestants participated in answering 60 multiple-choice questions in 30 minutes on the Wayground digital platform, revolving around contents on digital transformation, digital technology, information security and digital transformation strategy of the Banking industry.
Immediately after the end of round 1, the Organizing Committee selected 20 individuals with the most outstanding achievements to advance to round 2 of the Contest. Contestants competed with high determination, showing solid professional knowledge, the ability to quickly update technology trends and deep understanding of the digital transformation program of the Banking industry.
At the end of the contest, the Organizing Committee awarded prizes to collectives and individuals who achieved high results through the rounds and awards to recognize the spirit of learning, innovation and digital technology application capacity of union members and workers.
Speaking at the program, Mr. Le Anh Tuan - Deputy General Director, Chairman of CIC Trade Union said that the contest was a great success with high quality, this is not only a practical professional activity but also contributes to building digital culture throughout the unit, creating motivation for officials and employees to proactively adapt to the increasingly strong digital transformation requirements of the Banking industry.
The success of the Contest continues to affirm CIC's determination in building high-quality digital human resources, modernizing TTTD activities and accompanying the national digital transformation process.
