Talking to us, the workers all said that traveling by Union bus is safe, spacious, and does not cause motion sickness. Importantly, many workers are given the opportunity by the Union to have their whole family, including grandparents, spouses, and children, travel on the bus, so they feel completely secure. The bus arrives in Hanoi quite early, so the workers have more time to prepare to go to the company to start the first working day of the year.
What is even more heartwarming is that on those trips, the workers in difficulty are encouraged and cared for by the Union officials. When getting off the bus, the Union officials also help them get their luggage and ask about their health after the journey.
The road from the hometown to the city seems far but becomes near thanks to the methodical and scientific organization and especially the affection of the union officials for the union members and workers. At this time, they are not only union officials doing their duty but also like family members of the union members.
