In 2024, the Thanh Tri District Labor Federation will continue to focus on implementing the work of developing union members and establishing grassroots unions, while promoting the work of caring for and representing the legitimate and legal rights and interests of workers in a practical manner, based on the needs of union members and workers.
With efforts, the District Labor Federation has established 20/15 grassroots unions, achieving 133% of the city's assigned plan, and recruited 2,001 new union members. 149 enterprises signed Collective Labor Agreements, of which 30/22 were newly signed, achieving 136% of the assigned target. Thanh Tri District Labor Federation has achieved and exceeded the targets assigned by the City and was awarded the Emulation Flag in 2024 by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.
Currently, the District Labor Federation is preparing activities in "Tet Sum Vay - Xuan An Dang" on the occasion of the Lunar New Year At Ty; taking better care of union members and workers and bringing practical results, contributing to ensuring social security at the grassroots units as well as in the district with the motto that all union members and workers have Tet.
