Model 1 QR code – 3 utilities integrate 3 key solutions with just one code scan on a smartphone.
The first utility is a space to look up documents, policies and information on Trade Union activities. The second utility is "Listening to union members speak" - an important shift from waiting for union members to reflect to proactively creating a channel for union members to speak out. The third utility is an online registration system for emulation movements, cultural and sports activities and social security programs organized by the Trade Union.
To make the model truly go deeper according to the motto of easy access - easy use - easy reflection - easy lookup - easy replication, the Ward Trade Union also organizes on-site operational guidance, and at the same time thoroughly grasps the spirit of "holding hands and teaching", assigning core forces to support older union members, determined not to leave any workers behind on the digital transformation journey.
This is a practical activity to celebrate the 81st anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2nd, showing the spirit of proactively innovating operating methods, bringing digital technology directly to serve the lives and rights of union members and workers.
The model is also one of the activities to implement Plan No. 142-KH/DU of the Dong Da Ward Party Committee, Official Dispatch No. 628/LĐLĐ of the Hanoi City Labor Federation on promoting information and propaganda on the implementation of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW and 100 days to handle bottlenecks in digital transformation in the political system.
