Passengers who do not use smartphones can register for a chip-based physical card via the e-ticket website. The card is transferred to the registered address within 3-5 working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, Tet.
In addition, Hanoi Metro is deploying monthly tickets combined with Metro - TNGo public bicycles on the Hanoi Metro application.
Bicycle stations are arranged at some major stations such as Cat Linh, La Thanh, Lang, Thuong Dinh, Van Khe and Cau Giay, helping passengers conveniently connect from the station to the destination at the end of the journey.
Metro - TNGo combined monthly tickets are priced at 340,000 VND/month for priority subjects and 430,000 VND/month for general passengers.
