Accordingly, at the launching ceremony of the Gia Thuy Ward Security Force Union, the Long Bien District Labor Federation admitted 45 workers who are participating in the Gia Thuy Ward Security Force into the Vietnam Trade Union. The provisional Executive Committee of the Union consists of 5 members and the Union Inspection Committee consists of 3 members.
The security force at the Gia Thuy ward base was established in July 2024 with 45 people under the leadership and direction of the ward People's Committee and the ward police.
Recently, the Long Bien District Labor Federation, the Committee for promoting union members and establishing the Security and Order Force Union at the grassroots level have organized meetings, propagated and mobilized workers to join the Union.
After being thoroughly informed and propagated by the leaders of the Long Bien District Labor Federation and the ward leaders about the position, role and functions of the Vietnam Trade Union, the collective of workers working at the Security and Order Force at the Gia Thuy Ward grassroots level discussed and agreed to apply to join the Vietnam Trade Union.
At the launching ceremony, Long Bien District Labor Union presented gifts to 45 union members of the grassroots security and order force union.
