The training subjects are leaders and accountants of commune and ward trade unions; trade unions of high-tech zones and industrial parks of Hanoi city.
According to Mr. Le Dinh Hung - Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Standing Vice Chairman of the City Labor Federation, from July 1, 2025, the City Labor Federation will receive and hand over the management of grassroots trade unions in enterprises from districts, with a scale of about 5,500 grassroots trade unions and nearly 6,000 enterprises without trade union organizations. The rapid increase in workload poses an urgent requirement to improve the quality of preparing and sending estimation and finalization reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Therefore, the application of information technology in financial work is identified as a key solution. Faced with that situation, the Hanoi Labor Federation urgently built Trade Union financial software, which is now basically completed and ready to be put into operation. Along with that, units continue to coordinate to update and supplement data on grassroots trade unions and businesses, ensuring synchronization and completeness.
At the conference, trainees were deeply trained on how to use the software with three main functional groups: managing unit lists and financial data; supporting reconciliation and monitoring of collection - payment and debt situation; managing and summarizing estimates to serve operational work. The training content is designed to be practical, helping trade union officials easily apply it to their daily work.
The training conference not only equips knowledge and skills for trade union officials but also makes an important contribution to promoting digital transformation in financial work, towards building a professional and modern Capital Trade Union organization, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new situation.
