With the aim of organizing activities to care for and practically support the material and spiritual life of union members and workers; ensuring that all union members and workers have a joyful, warm and happy Tet, the subjects of care during Tet of the Hanoi City Labor Confederation are all union members and workers. In particular, priority is given to union members and workers in especially difficult circumstances, those who have had work accidents, occupational diseases, serious illnesses, those affected by natural disasters, storms and floods, those whose working hours have been reduced, those who have lost their jobs, those who have been owed wages and bonuses; union members and workers from policy families, ethnic minorities, who have not had the opportunity to return home for Tet for many years; union members and workers who stay at their units and enterprises to work, produce and do business during Tet.
Organize activities to visit, give gifts, and wish New Year to union members and workers on the occasion of Lunar New Year 2025, especially union members and workers who are still in difficulty, have low income, suffer from serious illnesses, occupational diseases, have work accidents, are underemployed, have lost their jobs, and are owed wages and bonuses.
The City Labor Federation and the direct superior trade unions at the grassroots level, according to the management hierarchy, organize visits and give gifts to union members and workers who are still in difficulty and have low incomes; consult with the Party Committee, authorities, and professionals at the same level to visit, wish a happy new year, and give gifts to union members and workers in the area and of the unit. The grassroots trade unions proactively organize or propose and coordinate with employers to give gifts to union members and workers of enterprises and units.
Activities to care for union members and workers at all levels of trade unions continue to be organized in a diverse, rich, and practical manner, creating new motivation and enthusiasm among union members, workers, and trade union organizations right from the first days and months of 2025, determined to successfully implement the Resolutions of the 13th National Party Congress and welcome Party Congresses at all levels.
