On September 20, information from the Tuyen Quang Provincial Labor Federation, this unit organized a professional training conference on trade union work in 2026 for 130 grassroots trade union officials at units under the Minh Xuan Ward Trade Union.
The conference aims to update and supplement knowledge, improve capacity, professional skills and unify methods of organizing and implementing trade union work for the team of trade union officials.
Thereby, contributing to improving the quality of trade union activities at all levels, meeting the requirements of innovating content and methods of operation, strongly focusing on grassroots levels, taking union members and workers as the center.
At the Conference, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation and leaders of the Trade Union Affairs Committee directly conveyed and exchanged many practical contents, associated with trade union activities at the grassroots level.
The contents focus on policy, law and labor relations work; dialogue, negotiation, signing of collective labor agreements; emulation, commendation, propaganda, education, mobilization, women's work, inspection, and supervision in the Trade Union organization.
This is also an opportunity for trade union officials to consolidate knowledge, exchange experiences, improve practical skills, contributing to building a team of proactive, responsible, deep-ly grassroots officials, close to union members and workers.
