According to the work plan from July 6th to 10th, the Vinh Long Provincial Labor Federation continues to monitor and closely grasp the labor relations situation at enterprises to proactively prevent disputes, promptly participate in handling when incidents arise and report to provincial leaders for direction.
During this time, trade union levels in the province are also preparing to organize many activities towards the 97th anniversary of the establishment of the Vietnam Trade Union (July 28, 1929 - July 28, 2026). It is expected to organize meetings with trade union officials through periods, visit and give gifts to union members in difficult circumstances, voluntarily donate blood and deploy the emulation movement "Good Labor, High Productivity, Good Income".
The Provincial Labor Federation will organize a Conference of the Executive Committee to summarize the Trade Union activities in the first 6 months of 2026 (expanded), associated with the preliminary review of 5 years of implementing the Action Program of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; and at the same time summarize Workers' Month and Action Month on occupational safety and health in 2026.
In addition, the unit continues to urge the collection of trade union funds and union dues according to regulations, especially the deduction and payment of 2% of trade union funds through the centralized account of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; implementing a plan to improve the effectiveness of propaganda on drug prevention and control for workers in industrial parks.
