This is a practical activity to celebrate the 115th anniversary of International Women's Day (March 8, 1930 - March 8, 2025) and the 1,985th anniversary of the Hai Ba Trung Uprising.
The 2025 Vinh Phuc Province Charming Women's Union Members Competition with the theme "Media Miss" attracted 52 contestants who are outstanding female union members from grassroots unions under the District and City Labor Federations; Bloc Trade Unions; Vinh Phuc Province Industrial Parks Trade Union.
After the preliminary round, the organizing committee selected the 20 best contestants to enter the final round.
In the final round, the contestants went through 4 rounds: Traditional ao dai performance; talent; self- controlled and behavioral performance. The contestants brought to the contest charming, unique, and impressive performances that highlighted the beauty of Vietnamese women, deeply expressing the love of the homeland...
In particular, in the behavioral round, the contestants demonstrated their understanding of the formation and development process of the workers' movement and the Vietnam Trade Union; regimes and policies for female workers; issues of gender equality, prevention and control of domestic violence; moral qualities and the role of women in the period of industrialization and modernization of the country...
At the end of the contest, the organizing committee awarded 1 "Fatelight Miss" prize; 2 1st Runner-up prizes; 3 2nd and 4th Runner-up prizes; 14 promising prizes. The Organizing Committee awarded 16 prizes for the online contest "Media Miss" on the Vinh Phuc Provincial Trade Union Fanpage, including: 1 First prize, 2 Second prizes, 3 Third prizes, 10 Encouragement prizes.
