This year's tournament brings together 12 young football teams from three countries including Vietnam, Japan and Singapore. Including 5 Japanese teams (Shimizu S-Pulse Mishima, Vanraure Hachinohe, Vegalta Sendai, Kawasaki Frontale Todoroki, Kawasaki Frontale Ikuta), Albirex Niigata Singapore team and 6 Vietnamese teams including An Giang FC, Dong Nai, Dong Thap, Hanoi FC, Becamex HCMC FC and HCMC FC. The U13 players have contributed exciting matches, demonstrating the fair-play spirit, aspirations and potential of the future generation of football.
The highlight of the season is the consistent professional quality between teams, along with the spirit of cross-border exchanges clearly demonstrated. The All-Star match with a combined squad between countries taking place on the afternoon of December 21 became a vivid symbol of solidarity, friendship and connection through football.




In the final, Becamex HCMC FC won 2-1 against Kawasaki Frontale Todoroki, thereby winning the championship. This achievement is not only the pride of the home team but also reflects the effectiveness of training and investing systematically in Vietnamese youth football in recent years.
Speaking at the closing ceremony, Mr. Ono Masuo - Consul General of Japan in Ho Chi Minh City highly appreciated the spirit of competition, teamwork and passion for football of the young players. He emphasized that the tournament is not only a place for sports competitions but also contributes to promoting people-to-people exchanges and strengthening the friendship between Japan, Vietnam, Singapore and ASEAN countries.
Representing the Organizing Committee, Mr. Dang Trinh Chinh said that the Vietnam - Japan U13 International Youth Football Tournament continues to affirm its role as a meaningful cultural and sports exchange activity. Many players who have participated in previous seasons have matured, participating in national youth teams, showing the long-term value and correct orientation of the tournament.
Closing the 7th season, the Vietnam - Japan U13 International Youth Football Tournament continues to be expected to be a launching pad for young talents, and at the same time a sustainable sports diplomatic bridge between countries in the region.
