On the morning of April 7, at Nguyen Tat Thanh Square (Quy Nhon ward), the Gia Lai Provincial Department of Health organized the Gia Lai Health Sector Running Festival - For a Healthy Vietnam, in response to the 2026 National Day of Health.
The event attracted about 1,000 officials and medical staff from the state management bloc; general and specialized hospitals; health centers; units directly under the Department of Health; along with central hospitals, institutes, businesses and non-public health facilities in the area.
Medical staff and staff participated in a response run on a road about 2km long, starting from Nguyen Tat Thanh Square, moving to Nguyen Tat Thanh - Truong Chinh roundabout and then returning to the starting point.
The festival contributes to spreading the health training movement in the health sector and the community, while raising awareness and changing behavior towards building a healthy lifestyle, increasing physical exercise and proactively preventing diseases.
