End of the Central Highlands Tennis - Pickleball tournament

This is the first time the Vietnam Tennis Federation (VTF) has coordinated with local units to organize a grassroots tournament in both tennis and pickleball in the area with 4 tennis courts and 4 pickleball courts.

The tournament took place over 3 days, attracting more than 200 athletes, with a total prize value of 165 million VND. The matches took place attractively at Hoai An Sports Center, Buon Ma Thuot, Dak Lak province.

In which, tennis competitions for men and women will have 1225 points, men's doubles will have 1250 points, and men's doubles will have 1325 points. The pickleball subject includes mixed doubles events for 4.8 and men's doubles for 5.8.

The tournament is organized for the first time combining two sports to promote the sports movement in parallel in the Central Highlands region. In particular, the amateur tennis event has the participation of young tennis players U14, U16 actively participating in competition, gaining experience.

The Dak Lak Provincial Tennis - Pickleball Federation will continue to coordinate with the Vietnam Tennis Federation to host international and national tennis tournaments and youth tournaments this year and in the following years to develop sports, associated with the local economy, culture and tourism", Mr. Nguyen Van Binh - Chairman of the Dak Lak Provincial Tennis - Pickleball Federation shared.
