The course takes place from June 28 to July 10, gathering coaches working at football clubs and training centers across the country.
This is the next time VFF has coordinated with the National Defense Sports Center 3 to implement a coach training program. With a system of fields, classrooms and facilities meeting professional standards, the host unit is expected to create favorable conditions for the learning and practice process of the trainees.
The course is part of the roadmap to build a training system for coaches at levels C, B, A and Pro between VFF and the Japan Football Federation, aiming to improve the quality of the coaching staff, contributing to the sustainable development of Vietnamese football.
In charge of teaching are two lecturers Phan Ba Hung and Nguyen Luong Phuc, both with a lot of experience in training coaches and practical training.
The highlight of this year's course is the participation of many former national team players and professional players who are playing such as Do Hung Dung, Nguyen Huy Hung, Le Van Thang, Ho Khac Ngoc,... These are all faces who have worn the Vietnamese national team jersey and are preparing for the direction of pursuing a coaching career after retiring.
At the opening ceremony, representatives of the Organizing Committee and the teaching staff affirmed that they will create the best conditions for students to access new knowledge, combining theory and practice according to the standards of the Asian Football Confederation (AFC). Meanwhile, class monitor Do Hung Dung, on behalf of the students, committed to studying seriously, fully complying with regulations and completing the training program.
According to the plan, the course will end on July 10. The program is expected to contribute to improving the quality of the grassroots coaching staff, while creating human resources for the long-term development of Vietnamese football.
