Ho Chi Minh City has an additional double-decker Saigon - Tan Dinh bus route, carrying the message "Saigon Cultural Heritage".

This is the first 2-storey, airy bus route with the theme "Saigon Cultural Heritage" designed to bring people and tourists a completely new experience - a place where modernity blends with heritage, where the urban lifestyle intersects with cultural breath.

Inspired by modern Hop-on Hop-off routes in the world, VIT BIGBUS brings a new journey for people and tourists to admire Saigon from a different perspective.

The unique feature of the Saigon - Tan Dinh route (Saigon Cultural Heritage) is not only the journey through architectural symbols such as Nguyen Hue Walking Street, City Theater, Doc Lap Palace, Notre Dame Cathedral, Tan Dinh Market, City Post Office, Ben Bach Dang, Cau Bason, Saigon Bridge, Ong Ba Chieu Mausoleum, the modern Metro route is also the way of telling stories through open space, vivid sound and images throughout the journey.

In order to show gratitude to people and tourists, especially on Vietnamese Teachers' Day, November 20, VIET BIGBUS launched a special program: "0 VND - Free Experience" for 3 days from November 11-13. The Saigon - Tan Dinh route, departing at 133 Nguyen Hue, has an operating time: 8:30 am - 10:30 pm.

Each vehicle is equipped with spacious seats, multi-lingue automatic hearing aids, electronic screens, free wifi, serving throughout the journey. The team of drivers and bilingual tour guides are knowledgeable about Saigon's history and culture, ready to accompany and share with tourists on every route.

According to the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Tourism, the tourism situation in October 2025, there were more than 705,000 international tourists to Ho Chi Minh City. In the first 10 months of 2025, Ho Chi Minh City welcomed more than 6.5 million international tourists, an increase of 17.7% over the same period in 2024; while domestic tourists reached more than 33 million. After merging with Binh Duong and Ba Ria - Vung Tau, Ho Chi Minh City has not only expanded its area but also significantly increased its tourism attraction. In the development strategy until 2030, Ho Chi Minh City aims to become a leading tourism center in Southeast Asia, promoting urban tourism products, culture, cuisine and technology.

The Saigon - Tan Dinh airy double-decker bus route is a new service, accompanying the Ho Chi Minh City tourism industry to build the image of a smart tourism urban area in the period of 2026 - 2030.
