This year, the award is considered for teachers who are teaching at preschools, general education institutions, specialized schools (except for guest lecturers); and educational management staff at general education institutions, continuing education centers, vocational education centers - continuing education, specialized schools and specialized education staff at specialized departments of the Department, cultural and social departments of wards, communes, and special zones.
Each cadre and teacher is only considered for the award once during their work. The award aims to spread good and creative educational methods and models, creating trust in the school's pedagogical community and the trust and respect of parents and students.
