On March 11, the Department of Education and Training of Can Tho City organized a ceremony to award the Label FrancEducation education quality accreditation sign to general schools in Can Tho City. The Label FrancEducation title is a certificate awarded by the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Europe to educational institutions with international standard bilingual French teaching programs.

At the ceremony, Mr. Etienne Ranaivoson - French Consul General in Ho Chi Minh City - congratulated the units awarded the Label FrancEducation title. In the coming time, the French Consulate General in Ho Chi Minh City will continue to act as a bridge to expand the training program, exchange expertise, strengthen French language teaching volunteers and create conditions for Can Tho City students to study and work in France.

Vice Chairman of Can Tho City People's Committee Nguyen Van Khoi emphasized that the fact that Can Tho schools are awarded the Label FrancEducation title is a great honor for the city's Education sector. This title recognizes the efforts of schools, teachers and students in maintaining and developing the French language program, and at the same time, affirms the quality of training meeting international standards.
This is also an important motivation for schools to continue innovating teaching methods, strengthening international cooperation, creating a multicultural learning environment, helping students develop comprehensively and confidently integrate into the world.
There are currently more than 600 schools in the world that have been awarded the Label FrancEducation title. Among them, Vietnam has 21 schools and in Can Tho City, so far 6 schools have been awarded this title.
