On March 28, at the University of Law, Hue University, the Network of Law Training Centers in Vietnam in collaboration with the University of Law, Hue University organized a National Scientific Conference with the theme "Organization and operation of local government to ensure effectiveness and efficiency in the new period".
The workshop is an academic exchange forum, assessing the current situation of organization and operation of local governments in Vietnam, thereby proposing solutions to perfect the law, contributing to improving the effectiveness and efficiency of state management in the context of socio-economic development and international integration.
The event attracted the participation of many scientists, experts, managers from many training and research institutions and state agencies.
The Organizing Committee has received 97 entries, of which 78 were selected for posting in the summary report. Within the framework of the Workshop, the Organizing Committee selected 7 presentations revolving around the issues of Decentralization and delegation of power between the central government and local governments.
Decentralization and delegation of authority between provincial and commune levels in the context of local government arrangement; issues of local self-management and urban government models; issues of supervision of people and social organizations within the framework of social control; issues of the impact of decentralization and delegation of authority from the central to local levels on the organization of the court system in Vietnam.
The annual scientific conference is a key professional activity of the Network, aiming to discuss important legal issues closely linked to socio-economic practices.
The network of law training institutions in Vietnam was established to create a bridge and forum for law training institutions to share experiences, cooperate to promote strengths, and support each other in the field of legal training and research.
At the same time, participate in contributing opinions, proposals, and policy recommendations to State management agencies in the field of higher education in general and the field of law in particular.
After more than 6 years of establishment and development (2019 - 2025), the network has received much attention and participation from law training institutions nationwide, with 68 member units of the network.
