On July 16, the Center for Supporting the Development of Merged Education in Vinh Long province held a groundbreaking ceremony for the "Huong Duong Library" project for students with disabilities.
The Huong Duong Library will be constructed in accordance with green, environmentally friendly standards, with a total area of 75m2 (including a reading area and outside yard space).
The Huong Duong Library is designed to focus on a comprehensive approach for children with disabilities, becoming a space for reading, learning, creative extracurricular activities and inspiring generations of students especially at the center.
The project, with the main sponsorship from INSEE Cement Vietnam Company, along with other sponsors, has a total estimated initial cost of more than 500 million VND.
The library is expected to be completed and put into operation in September 2025.
