In the context of increasing exam pressure, especially with the 10th grade entrance exam, the need to access accurate information, practical experience and psychological support, school health becomes more urgent than ever. MASKA 2026 is expected to be an effective bridge between students, parents and predecessors and experts, thereby helping them to have a more solid preparation for the upcoming learning journey.
According to the Organizing Committee, the event is divided into 4 shifts a day (2 morning shifts, 2 afternoon shifts), with similar content for each shift, creating flexible conditions for participants to choose suitable times. Each shift is designed into 5 main areas, meeting diverse needs for learning and experiencing.
Prominent is the 1-1 consultation area for each specialized subject, where students can directly exchange with "seniors" who achieved high results in the 10th grade entrance exam. Not only stopping at sharing exam preparation experiences, the speakers also help students identify their strengths and weaknesses, thereby building appropriate learning strategies.
In addition, the "Museum" area offers an intuitive perspective on learning materials and effective review methods. Notebooks, mind maps or sets of materials used by excellent students themselves will help participants better visualize scientific learning methods, saving time but still achieving high efficiency.
A notable highlight of MASKA 2026 is the expert consultation area, including two main contents: school psychology and nutrition. This is an increasingly concerned factor in the process of preparing for major exams.
In the psychological field, experts will help students identify signs of stress and anxiety during the exam preparation process, and at the same time offer solutions to control emotions and maintain a positive mental state. This is especially important in the final sprint stage, when academic pressure can directly affect exam results.
Meanwhile, nutrition counseling helps students build a scientific diet and lifestyle, ensuring physical health. The balance between studying and resting, between nutrition and exercise is considered the foundation for them to maintain stable performance throughout the review process.
Not only stopping at professional consulting, MASKA 2026 also focuses on community connection. The "Connection" area is where students can listen to real-life stories from seniors - those who have gone through a grade transition exam with a lot of pressure and challenges.
Through exchange and sharing activities, students not only receive knowledge but also are inspired and strengthen their belief in their abilities. This is also a space for them to ask questions, express concerns and receive direct and close advice.
In parallel with that, the "Creation" area brings a gentle space, helping students relax and express personal thoughts and plans. Artistic and creative activities not only help relieve pressure but also contribute to nurturing positive emotions, which is very necessary during the stressful exam preparation period.
High School Help Kit - the event organizer - is a non-profit project founded by students of specialized high schools in Hanoi in 2018. In nearly 8 years of operation, the project has organized many consulting events, attracting about 500 participants each time, and implementing direct support programs at many secondary schools.
Not only stopping at offline events, the project also builds an online learning community system with tens of thousands of members, providing enrollment information, learning materials and long-term support for students nationwide. With more than 67,000 likes and 77,000 followers on social networks, High School Help Kit is gradually affirming its role as a reputable information channel in the field of school counseling.
The organizers expect that through the event, students and parents will have a clearer view of the road ahead, thereby making appropriate choices and building an effective learning roadmap.
