Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology was established in 1995, formerly Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology. This is one of the non-public universities pioneering in the trend of socializing education in Vietnam.
After 30 years of development, the school has now trained more than 60 majors from bachelor's to master's and doctoral degrees with a scale of more than 35,000 students. The school has 4 spacious training institutions for students to study, practice, research and develop comprehensive skills.
The school currently has more than 1,300 staff, lecturers, and staff with many scientists, researchers, and leading experts.
Speaking at the congratulatory ceremony, representative of the Ministry of Education and Training, Deputy Minister Pham Ngoc Thuong praised the achievements that Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology has achieved in the past time, contributing significantly to the development of higher education in particular and education in Vietnam in general.
The Deputy Minister hopes that the school will continue to promote its strengths, promptly meet the country's high-quality human resource needs in the new period and reach international standards.
