According to a representative of the leadership of Phuong Dong University, each student when entering the lecture hall carries their own unique values. The school aims to build a liberal education environment, helping learners develop their abilities, shape their personal identity, and maintain the foundation of knowledge, personality and willpower to actively integrate and develop.

In terms of design, the identification system is built as a unified but flexible image ecosystem. The logo is developed from the multi-faceted structure of the pearl after the processing process, symbolizing a solid foundation of knowledge and academic standards.
The calligraphy system is academic combined with modern features, while the color palette is designed according to the principle of both creating differentiation for each training field and ensuring overall unity. Image language emphasizes the confidence and proactiveness of learners, towards the spirit of minimalism, promoting the core values of knowledge and people.
The new identification system is built with the main inspiration from jade - a symbol in Eastern culture for intelligence, morality, perseverance and internal balance.
The image of the "pearl of knowledge" is not only an aesthetic choice, but also reflects the core concept of the school: Each individual is a potential "pearl", which needs to be nurtured and polished to shine. On that basis, the message "Nourishing pearls to form shapes - Strengthening roots to reach far" is established as a commitment to implementing the philosophy of human education.
Not only changing the image, the launch of the new identity is also associated with the orientation of adjusting the training model. The school said it is gradually implementing education in a liberal direction, combining Eastern values with modern scientific methods, shifting from the "study to know" approach to "study to develop comprehensively".
Accordingly, the training program is oriented to strengthen interdisciplinary nature, focusing on developing independent thinking, creative capacity and lifelong learning ability of learners, while expanding connections with international partners, especially in the Asian region.
The school's development strategy is expressed through the spirit of "Strengthen roots, reach far", emphasizing the building of a foundation of knowledge, bravery and inherent values for learners, thereby creating a premise for integration and development in a global environment.
Phuong Dong University currently has 6 faculties with 39 programs. The school aims to expand cooperation with international partners, increase internship and exchange opportunities for students. At the same time, focus on building an inter-disciplinary academic ecosystem, linking training with practical needs, and expanding cooperation with international partners. The school's long-term goal is to improve the quality of training and aim for the group of leading universities in Asia in the coming years.
