On March 22, at Vietnam Maritime University (Hai Phong), the 2026 Enrollment Counseling - Career Guidance Day took place sôi nổi, attracting the participation of a large number of high school students, parents and training institutions. The program is organized by Tuoi Tre Newspaper, Higher Education Department, Hai Phong Department of Education and Training, Hai Phong City Youth Union, and Maritime University.
This year's enrollment and career counseling day in Hai Phong has 140 counseling booths from 70 universities. Students and parents are directly asked questions and listened to advice from representatives from the Ministry of Education and Training (MOET), the Ministry of National Defense and many enrollment experts, leaders of leading universities and academies nationwide.

Representatives of schools also directly answer questions, helping candidates to better define their learning path that suits their abilities and interests.
Notably, the counseling area of schools in specialized industries such as maritime, military, economics - finance attracts a large number of interested students. Here, counselors not only introduce training programs but also share about the learning environment, enrollment requirements and career opportunities after graduation.
In parallel with counseling activities, the program also organizes live exchanges and Q&A sessions between students, parents and experts. Many questions surrounding the selection of admission combinations, "hot" career trends, as well as application preparation skills have been answered specifically and practically.
