According to the reporter's investigation, under the above project, the "Construction of works" package worth nearly 22.9 billion VND has completed contractor selection.
According to Decision No. 150/QD-BQLDA dated April 20, 2026 of the Yen Thuy Commune Project Management Board, Duy Linh Construction One Member Limited Liability Company is the winning unit of the above-mentioned construction package, the winning bid price is more than 22.7 billion VND.
Thus, Duy Linh Construction One Member Limited Liability Company will construct, renovate, repair, upgrade and build at 2 locations of Yen Lac Primary & Secondary School, Yen Thuy commune.
For the elementary school site, the package will repair a 2-story classroom building with 6 rooms and a 1-story classroom building, build new toilets (houses No. 1 and 2), renovate the stage, and renovate the yard canopy.
For the secondary school branch, the bidding package will repair a 2-story classroom building with 8 rooms, repair a 2-story classroom building with 6 rooms (houses No. 1 and 2), build a new administration building combined with a 3-story classroom, build a new 3-story subject classroom building, build a new toilet (houses No. 1 and 2), auxiliary items...
The design term of the project is from 20 to less than 50 years; The implementation time of the bidding package is 720 days (from the date the contract takes effect).
