At Agribank North Dak Lak branch, the digitalization process is being implemented seriously and effectively, concretizing Resolution 57 and Project 06 on population data, identification and electronic authentication. This effort both accompanies the national digitalization process and brings convenience to people, especially in rural and mountainous areas.
Currently, the branch has applied online open letters and QR codes to register for services. With just three steps, people can open an account, issue an ATM card, use Mobile Banking, borrow capital or participate in insurance without having to go to the counter. How to shorten time, reduce paperwork, improve experience, and follow digital banking trends.
The branch also replaces paper documents with electronic ones, scans QR to store information, saves costs, increases governance efficiency, and moves towards "green - digital banking".

Recently, on July 17, 2025, Agribank Bac Dak Lak coordinated with the Provincial Land Registration Office to train a model of land administrative procedure settlement between notaries, tax authorities and banks. This model helps mortgage loans, transfers or land change registration quickly and transparently.
Along with that, the branch deploys a full-process online public service, promoting cashless payments through the National Public Service Portal and VNeID identification accounts; applying biometrics to increase security.
Agribank North Dak Lak branch also focuses on training human resources, sending staff to learn about artificial intelligence, cloud computing, security, etc. Improving digital capacity helps the team quickly grasp technology trends, maintaining competitive advantages in the digital transformation period.

On July 23, 2025, the branch and the National Assembly Delegation of the province organized the program "Return to the source" at the H9 revolutionary base, Cu Pui commune with incense offering activities, giving bicycles, giving gifts, and providing free medical examinations for poor households and policy households, with a total value of more than 400 million VND.
On this occasion, the unit also provided fire prevention and fighting and rescue training for officers, and at the same time, the Youth Union participated in the Candle burning ceremony at martyrs' cemeteries, continuing the tradition of "grateful response".

On August 2, 2025, the branch coordinated with the Provincial Voluntary Blood Donation Mobilization Steering Committee to organize a Blood Donation Festival, attracting more than 50 staff, customers and people to participate.
Towards the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day on September 2, Agribank North Dak Lak branch continues to implement a series of activities to show gratitude and support the poor and meritorious people.
Of which, the unit has donated 2 houses of gratitude and solidarity worth 70 million VND/house. The gifts, although simple, contain deep affection, adding motivation for families in difficulty to rise up.
