Is a Vietnamese citizen from 75 years of age or older (i.e., born from April 1, 1951 or earlier) who does not receive a monthly pension or social insurance allowance;
People who are receiving pensions, social insurance survivor's allowances, allowances for people with disabilities, and people receiving monthly lonely benefits will not be eligible for social pension benefits.
Social pension allowance level: 650,000 VND/month.
When going to declare, you bring a photocopy of the CCCD; if authorizing through an account for children and grandchildren, invite both children and grandchildren authorized through the account to declare and bring the CCCD.
The time for receiving dossiers for elderly people born from April 1, 1951 or earlier (75 years old) is on the administrative working day according to regulations.
