On November 13, the Hanoi Employment Service Center said that in October 2025, policies on the labor market will continue to be effectively implemented, contributing to supporting businesses and workers in the process of finding jobs.
The Hanoi Employment Service Center has provided job counseling, vocational training, unemployment insurance and labor law policies to 53,692 employees and 1,549 enterprises; introduced jobs to 4,030 people. In addition, the Center has organized 23 job fairs (including 2 mobile fairs in Tien Thang commune and Yen Hoa ward), with 653 units participating in recruitment with a total of 11,011 recruitment and enrollment targets; 3,447 workers interviewed at job fairs, 1,232 workers were received and recruited at the fairs.
Regarding the work of supporting and resolving unemployment insurance (UI) policies in October 2025, the Hanoi Employment Service Center received 6,531 applications for AI (an increase of 395 cases compared to the previous month). Appraised and decided to receive unemployment benefits for 5,300 cases (a decrease of 104 records compared to the previous month) with a support amount of 201.1 billion VND.
In addition, during the month, the Center resolved 6,100 monthly job search notification files, 42 workers had decisions to support vocational training with a support amount of 165.7 million VND.
