On August 5, Lao Cai Provincial Police said that Cam Duong Ward Police have coordinated with units to deploy the "Numbered Cam Duong People" campaign associated with "Numbered Summer Accompanying People to Implement Project 06".
Activities to support people to access public services in the electronic environment.
The campaign was launched from August 3rd at the Cultural House of Residential Group No. 45 (Son Lau Cultural House).
Participating are the Public Administration Service Center, the Youth Union, the Community Digital Technology Team and many forces supporting digital transformation.
After 1.5 days, the forces supported 155 households to carry out 494 procedures for certifying electronic copies and online public services. At the same time, 41 cases were activated, restored and upgraded to level 2 electronic identification accounts.
At the support point, ward police officers directly guide people to digitize many types of documents such as birth certificates, identity cards, land use right certificates, marriage registration certificates, diplomas, certificates and other necessary documents.
People are also guided on how to use VNeID accounts, perform online public services and remove obstacles arising during procedures. Many people who access digital services for the first time have been guided in detail step by step.
According to Cam Duong Ward Police, the campaign received positive response from the people. Many households proactively brought full papers to carry out electronic authentication, gradually building personal digital data warehouses.
Digitizing papers helps people reduce travel time and is more convenient when resolving administrative procedures. This is also a solution contributing to promoting digital transformation and building digital citizens right from the grassroots level.
Besides the achieved results, there are still 109 households that cannot carry out procedures because they do not use smartphones, do not bring complete papers or dossiers are not guaranteed according to regulations. There are still 38 households that have not participated in the campaign.
In the coming time, Cam Duong Ward Police will continue to coordinate with forces to propagate and guide people to complete dossiers, use electronic identification accounts and implement online public services, striving to complete the goal of building a digital data warehouse for all households in the area.
