On August 4, An Giang Provincial Police held the opening ceremony of the 2026 Investigator recruitment exam with the participation of 99 candidates. Colonel Nguyen Nhat Truong, Deputy Director of the Provincial Police, attended and chaired the ceremony.
Also attending were members of the Examination Council for investigators, inspection and supervision teams, secretaries, invigilators, and all candidates taking the exam.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Colonel Nguyen Nhat Truong acknowledged and praised the sense of responsibility of functional units in preparing and ensuring conditions for the exam to take place on schedule. The comrade requested the Exam Council, service departments and all candidates to strictly comply with the regulations and exam procedures; promote the spirit of responsibility, objectivity, and impartiality, ensuring the exam takes place seriously, transparently, and in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Public Security.
The Deputy Director of the Provincial Police emphasized that the investigation officer recruitment exam is not only aimed at assessing the professional qualifications, professional capacity and bravery of the team of officers working in investigation work, but also an important basis for selecting and supplementing a source of quality investigators for investigation agencies under the Provincial Police. Thereby contributing to building a team of investigators with firm political bravery, good moral qualities, and good understanding of the law, meeting the requirements and tasks of fighting and preventing crime and ensuring security and order in the new situation.
Immediately after the opening ceremony, the contestants entered the exam according to the program and plan of the Examination Council. With a serious and responsible spirit, the contestants complied with the regulations and rules of the exam, focusing on applying legal knowledge, investigation nghiệp vụ and professional skills to complete the exam. Invigilation and supervision work were carried out strictly, in accordance with procedures, ensuring the exam took place safely, objectively, fairly and in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Public Security.
