On April 21, Phu Tho Provincial Police said that Van Mieu Commune Police had implemented the "Commune Police Adoption Child" model, sponsoring Ha Thi Thuy Linh (born in 2019), residing in Go Vo area, Van Mieu commune - a case with particularly difficult circumstances in the area.
Accordingly, Linh lost both her father and mother when she was young, currently living with her elderly and weak grandparents. Family life depends on meager income, poor living conditions, and many obstacles in taking care of, raising, and ensuring her education.

Faced with the above reality, Van Mieu Commune Police proactively reported to the Party Committee and local authorities, and at the same time agreed to sponsor Linh according to the "Commune Police Foster Child" model.
Along with long-term care and companionship, the unit supports the child with 750,000 VND per month to contribute to covering living and study expenses.
Not stopping at material support, commune police officers and soldiers will regularly visit and encourage the spirit, coordinate with schools and mass organizations to create the best conditions for the child to develop comprehensively.
Timely sharing is expected to help Linh alleviate losses, have more support to overcome difficulties, and continue her journey to school.
The "Commune Police Foster Child" model is implemented within the framework of the "Three Bests" emulation movement launched by Phu Tho Provincial Police, with the goal of building the image of grassroots police forces "closest to the people".
Practice from cases like Linh's shows the clear effectiveness of the model, not only practically supporting vulnerable circumstances but also spreading the spirit of responsibility and humanity in the community.
The work of Van Mieu Commune Police contributes to consolidating people's trust in the grassroots police force, and at the same time clearly depicts the image of soldiers serving the people, willing to share and accompany those less fortunate lives.
