Previously, at about 5:45 am on March 30, people in Lo Voi hamlet, Long Hai commune discovered a newborn baby abandoned, so they took it to the commune Health Center. Through inspection, this was a newborn baby boy weighing 2.5kg, not yet cut the umbilical cord, crying weakly, with 6 fingers on his left hand, and some stains on his body...
Therefore, Long Hai Commune Health Station proceeded to cut the baby's umbilical cord, vaccinate, keep warm, give oxygen... and give the baby milk. As a result, the baby's health has stabilized, breathing well, but still crying weakly.
