5,000 spectators came to watch Tang Phuc's Mini Concert "Sun song: The new beginning". After many years of persistent pursuit of music, this is considered the most important milestone in the male singer's journey when he first performed a large-scale solo performance in his hometown.
The noteworthy highlight of the program lies in the 360-degree stage, a choice not easy to make for any artist. This design helps blur the distance between artists and audiences, while also posing high requirements for the ability to master the stage. For Tang Phuc, this is also his way of affirming his desire to bring music closer to listeners, instead of simply performing.
The music night is divided into two distinct parts. The first half is a journey to look back at the past journey with ballads associated with his name such as "From here from now", "After so many years", "The world lost one person" or "Lonely City". The emotional voice and musical storytelling style continue to be strengths that help Tang Phuc maintain sympathy from the audience.
However, what makes the difference of "Sun Song" lies in the second part of the program. The male singer shows a clear transformation when refreshing familiar songs with modern remixes, combining dance and a more dynamic performance style. In particular, the collaboration between Tang Phuc and Kai Dinh in "It's because I still love you" became one of the most emotional moments of the night.
Not stopping at a commemorative concert, Tang Phuc also introduced two physical CD projects "Sun song - The inner voice" and "Sun song - The new beginning", as a way to summarize the journey and open a new chapter ahead.
