The People's Committee of Hai Duong province has just issued a plan to implement the Prime Minister's Directive on strengthening the work of ensuring traffic order and safety in the province.
The goal of the plan is to improve the effectiveness of state management, promote the enforcement of laws on road traffic; mobilize the strength of the entire political system and society to restore order and discipline, minimize accidents, casualties and traffic congestion. At the same time, it will form a self-awareness and civilized behavior when participating in traffic among each citizen, contributing to building a modern traffic culture.
The Provincial People's Committee requires departments, branches and authorities at all levels to seriously, synchronously and effectively carry out assigned tasks. Cadres and civil servants must uphold their sense of responsibility, comply with discipline and administrative discipline, and take the satisfaction of the people as a measure of work.
Localities review the programs and plans being implemented, clearly identify specific and appropriate contents and measures for each locality to effectively implement traffic safety work.
The heads of agencies and units must proactively and actively direct the implementation of plans on schedule, ensuring quality, practicality and efficiency. The organization and implementation of the plan must be completed before June 15, 2025.
