From June 16, people in the communes and wards subject to consolidation in Hai Duong province will come to do administrative procedures at the new Commune and Ward Public Administration Service Centers.
Accordingly, Thach Khoi ward (merging from Thach Khoi ward, Gia Xuyen and Lien Hong communes of Hai Duong city and part of Thong Nhat commune, Gia Loc district) will choose the current Thach Khoi ward headquarters as the main headquarters for trial operation.
Le Dai Hanh Ward (after merging An Lac, Dong Lac, Tan Dan Wards of Chi Linh City) chose the current Tan Dan Ward headquarters as its workplace.
Nhi Chieu Ward (merged from Minh Tan, Duy Tan, Phu Thu, Tan Dan Wards of Kinh Mon Town) chose the current Phu Thu Ward headquarters as its working headquarters.
An Phu commune (after merging An Phu, An Binh communes and part of Cong Hoa commune of Nam Sach district) chose the current An Phu commune headquarters as its working headquarters.
Ha Bac commune (merging Tan Viet commune and part of Cam Viet and Hong Lac communes of Thanh Ha district) is headquartered in the current Hong Lac commune.
Mao Dien commune (merging Tan Truong, Cam Dong communes and part of Phuc Dien commune of Cam Giang district) chose the current Tan Truong commune headquarters as its working headquarters.
Duong An commune (merging part of the area and population of Thuc Khang, Thai Minh, Tan Hong, Thai Duong, Thai Hoa communes of Binh Giang district) is headquartered in the current Tan Hong commune.
Gia Phuc commune (merging Toan Thang, Hoang Dieu, Hong Hung communes and part of communes and towns such as Gia Phuc, Thong Nhat, Thong Kenh, Doan Thuong, Quang Duc of Gia Loc district) chose the current headquarters of Hong Hung commune as the working place.
Tan An commune (Ninh Giang district), after merging Tan Phong, An Duc, Duc Phuc communes, will be headquartered in the current Duc Phuc commune.
Nguyen Luong Bang commune (merged from Nhan Quyen commune of Binh Giang district and Pham Kha commune and part of Doan Tung and Thanh Tung communes of Thanh Mien district) chose the current Thanh Tung commune headquarters as the working place.
Kim Thanh commune (merging Dong Cam, Tam Ky, Dai Duc communes and part of Hoa Binh commune of Kim Thanh district) chose the current headquarters of Dong Cam commune.
Tan Ky commune (after merging Tan Ky, Dan An, Ky Son, Dai Hop communes and part of Hung Dao commune of Tu Ky district) will work at the current Tan Ky commune headquarters.
During the trial operation, the reception and return of results department in the old communes and wards will be transferred to the new headquarters, and at the same time stop receiving and returning results at the previous "one-stop" department. The trial operation aims to ensure that the process of merging commune-level administrative units is implemented effectively and conveniently for the people.
