Hiện cô là Phó Chủ tịch Hội Sân khấu TP.HCM, Giám đốc Sân khấu kịch Trịnh Kim Chi, đồng thời tham gia giảng dạy tại Trường Đại học Sân khấu – Điện ảnh TP.HCM. Những năm qua, nữ nghệ sĩ tích cực tổ chức các chương trình thiện nguyện, chăm lo Tết cho nghệ sĩ khó khăn và người lao động trong ngành sân khấu.

Besides artistic activities, People's Artist Trinh Kim Chi is also known for many roles in management and social work. Currently, she is Vice President of the Ho Chi Minh City Theater Association, Director of Trinh Kim Chi Theater, and also teaches at the University of Theater and Cinema of Ho Chi Minh City. In recent years, the female artist has actively organized charity programs, taking care of Tet for artists in difficult circumstances and workers in the theater industry.
