According to the organizers, the event brings more than 2,500 job positions and internships in fields such as programming, data science, artificial intelligence (AI), cloud computing, network security, software testing and system operation.

Not only is it a recruitment place, the festival also creates space for students to directly approach businesses, learn about recruitment requirements, interview procedures as well as human resource needs in the context of digital transformation.

In the recruitment area, many students actively submit applications and participate in quick interviews with businesses. Some units said they prioritize candidates with practical skills, adaptability to the working environment and a spirit of learning.

In addition to recruitment activities, the event also has a technology exhibition area with the participation of domestic and foreign businesses, introducing solutions on artificial intelligence, hardware equipment and digital platforms.

Students have the opportunity to experience technology products, thereby better visualizing the actual working environment as well as career orientation in the future.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Vo Dinh Bay - Head of the Faculty of Information Technology, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology said that the connection between schools and businesses through activities such as job fairs contributes to helping students access the labor market earlier, and at the same time supports businesses in finding suitable human resources.
