On June 6, Hai Phong Eye Hospital officially deployed high-tech refractive surgery techniques, marking a new step in the journey to improve the quality of medical examination and treatment, meeting the increasing needs for eye health care of the city's people and provinces and cities in the Northern region.

After the opening ceremony, Hai Phong Eye Hospital implemented free nearsighted surgery for the first 6 cases for city residents.
On the same day, Hai Phong Eye Hospital organized a training class with the theme "Metopia Control in Vietnam: From Opportunities to Practical Implementation" for nearly 50 trainees who are officials and medical staff of Hai Phong Eye Hospital. The content focused on nearsightedness as well as control methods and practical implementation experience.
Trainees are discussed and answered about common clinical situations, contributing to improving the quality of eye health care, meeting the increasing needs of the people.
