This is an information channel implemented on the basis of implementing Directive No. 09/CT-BYT of the Ministry of Health on strengthening the reception and processing of people's feedback, contributing to improving service quality at health facilities.
People can call the hotline to reflect and contribute opinions on many contents such as: the spirit and attitude of service of officials and medical staff; medical examination and treatment procedures, administrative procedures, health insurance; negative and harassing acts (if any); as well as proposals to improve facilities and treatment quality. According to this notice, all received information will be recorded and processed in accordance with regulations, ensuring absolute confidentiality of information from complainants.
The Department of Health also noted that it only receives and resolves feedback information via phone number 0964 941 212 and content within the announced scope. Information sent through other channels or not in accordance with the content will not be recorded or processed.
