Minister of Agriculture and Environment Tran Duc Thang has just signed and issued Decision 633/QD-BNNMT on organizing the receipt and processing of information reflected by organizations and individuals regarding violations of the law in land management and use.
The Ministry established a hotline to receive feedback. People and organizations can report through 3 methods, including: Via phone number 0243. 629. 0196 during office hours on working days; sending documents directly or by post to the Ministry's headquarters at No. 10 Ton That Thuyet, Cau Giay ward, Hanoi city; or through the National Document Interconnection Axis.
The decision specifically stipulates the groups of acts that are received and handled, including violations in land management by state agencies according to Article 109 of Decree No. 102/2024/ND-CP such as: violations of dossiers, administrative boundaries; formulation, adjustment, approval of land use planning and plans; land recovery, compensation, support, resettlement; land allocation, land lease, change of land use purpose; registration, issuance of certificates, land requisition, land finance, order and administrative procedures on land...
At the same time, receiving feedback on violations of land users according to the provisions of the 2024 Land Law and Decree No. 123/2024/ND-CP such as land encroachment and occupation; land destruction; land use for wrong purposes; failure to register land; transfer and mortgage not meeting conditions; failure to put land into use according to schedule; and other violations according to regulations.
The Minister requested that the handling of violating information must comply with the provisions of the Law on Citizen Reception, Law on Complaints, Law on Denunciations, Law on Inspection, Land Law and other relevant laws. In case the information falls under the local authority, within a period of no more than 5 working days from the date of receipt, the Department will have a written request to the Provincial People's Committee, Department of Agriculture and Environment or Commune People's Committee where the incident occurs to inspect, verify, handle and notify the results to the Department and the complainant.
In particular, in necessary cases, the Department shall verify information, decide or propose to competent authorities to decide on inspection and examination to resolve according to the provisions of law.
