Surprise inspection of medical facilities showing signs of violations
Last week (December 15-21), the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health Inspectorate suddenly inspected medical facilities showing signs of violations.
In particular, the Inspector of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health conducted an inspection at Master Vu Vuong Company Limited (37 Hoa Hong, Ward 2, Phu Nhuan District) and made a record of administrative violations for the following violations: Practicing without a practice certificate; using drugs, substances, and equipment to intervene in the human body, changing skin color, shape, weight, and defects of body parts at facilities that are not hospitals with cosmetic specialties or cosmetic clinics; advertising medical examination and treatment services without a business license.
The Health Department Inspectorate also inspected the General Clinic of Y Dao Medical Services Consulting Investment Joint Stock Company (46-48 Ngo Quyen, Ward 5, District 10, HCMC); Louis Academy Trading and Service Joint Stock Company and Gia Dinh General Hospital.
