The study was conducted from June 2025 to December 2025, based on the Global Health Care Federation's Health Care Readiness Index (CSSK) framework, which includes four key factors and 14 component indexes.
Vietnam ranks 4th out of 10 countries in the world when comparing the level of self-preparation for CSSK. Vietnam achieved 3.04 points on a 4-point scale, behind Singapore, Australia, and Germany.

The scores of the 4 key factors include: 1) Support and acceptance from stakeholders (2.79); 2) Empowerment of patients and consumers (3.06); 3) Health policies on self-msG (3.05); 4) Legal environment (3.26).
Research shows that the priorities in the coming time include: Promoting systematic communication about screenings; Accelerating the implementation of electronic health records integrated with VneID to expand the ability of people to self-respect medical examination and treatment history, testing, drugs...; Promoting the application of electronic labels for drugs, especially non-prescription drugs; piloting screenings in the community as a basis for developing a National Strategy/ Plan on screenings.
