Phu Nghia Commune People's Committee (Hanoi) has just issued a notice on the request to dismantle and collect assets, works, and livestock in Dong Xa area for Phu Nghia Commune People's Committee to manage and put into use (2nd time).
The notice of Phu Nghia Commune People's Committee clearly states that, in order to strictly implement regulations on the management of public agricultural land funds and the land management authority of Phu Nghia Commune People's Committee, the Commune People's Committee will take over the entire area of land, crops, belongings, and livestock (if any) within the scope of land that has been liquidated and handed over; carry out auction procedures to lease the entire area of land that has been liquidated contracts in Dong Xa area according to Notice No. 102/TB-UBND of Phu Nghia Commune People's Committee from April 29, 2026.
Phu Nghia Commune People's Committee requests relevant agencies, units, and individuals who need to self-dismantle and relocate construction waste and livestock (if any) to voluntarily complete it before April 29, 2026.
Assign the Commune Economic Department to preside over and coordinate with the Commune Police and Yen Kien Lang Village Head to inspect and urge individuals who are using land, have assets, works, and livestock on land to voluntarily dismantle and move out of the liquidated land area.
Make a record of the results of self-dismantling and compliance of related individuals.
Transfer to the Commune Police dossiers and related documents of individuals owing land rent (if any) for consideration and handling according to legal regulations.
Advise the Commune People's Committee to complete the dossier to implement the auction and lease process according to the provisions of law.
Assign the Commune Police to propose to the Commune People's Committee to handle according to the provisions of law cases of delay, debt of land rent (if any) or resistance, obstruction of the management and use of land by the Commune People's Committee.
Assign the Village Head of Yen Kien Lang to coordinate with the Economic Department to inspect and urge the self-dismantling and collection of assets, works, and livestock (if any) of individuals, and complete land auction and lease dossiers according to regulations.
Phu Nghia Commune People's Committee requests organizations and individuals assigned tasks and related to seriously comply.
