Chuong My Ward People's Committee (Hanoi) has just announced the collection of assets and trees on the public land plot used by Mr. Nguyen Nguyen Ngoc's household in Song Hang Cao, Long Chau Mieu TDP.
Chuong My Ward People's Committee said that through the results of inspection and review of the public land fund of the Economic, Infrastructure and Urban Department of Chuong My Ward, Mr. Nguyen Nguyen Ngoc is currently using the location of the public land plot in the Song Hang Cao area, Long Chau Mieu residential group, Chuong My Ward (the location of the land plot that Mr. Nguyen Nguyen Ngoc was leased by Phung Chau Commune People's Committee before and has liquidated the contract).
Chuong My Ward People's Committee requests Mr. Nguyen Nguyen Ngoc's household to collect all assets and trees on the public land plot in Song Hang Cao area, Long Chau Mieu TDP, Chuong My ward, an area of about 3,000 m2 for the Ward People's Committee to organize an auction to lease public land according to the provisions of law.
Completion time is before April 30, 2026.
After the above time, if Mr. Nguyen Nguyen Ngoc does not voluntarily comply, the Ward People's Committee will complete the dossier for handling violations according to regulations.
Chuong My Ward People's Committee assigned the Economic, Infrastructure and Urban Department to preside over and coordinate with Chuong My Ward Police; Office of the People's Council - People's Committee; Head of Long Chau Mieu ward to inspect and monitor the compliance of Mr. Nguyen Nguyen Ngoc's household.
