CMC Group confirms a specialized service with a limited scope of implementation, provided by a small member company of CMC to a small number of customers, which has recorded signs of intentional attack. The entire system and services of the main units of the CMC Group are not affected, still operating safely and stable.

As soon as the incident was discovered, CMC promptly triggered the cyber security process, quickly isolated the attack and completely controlled the system within 24 hours. The service provision is only interrupted in a very short time and has been completely restored, not recognizing any effect on customer experience.

Immediately after handling the incident, CMC took the initiative to send an email to notify the affected customers and related partners, provide full information about the case and remedial results, and reaffirm the commitment to ensure safety for all services implemented by CMC member companies.

Currently, all technical activities are guaranteed stability. CMC is working closely with the authorities to investigate the case. After the official and approved conclusion, we will provide complete information to the press agencies, customers and partners.
