The Vietnam Green Startup Fund issued an official announcement about voluntary dissolution after nearly 7 years of operation since its establishment according to Decision No. 338/QD-BNV dated April 22, 2019 of the Minister of Home Affairs.
According to the notice, the dissolution is carried out based on Resolution No. 02/NQ-QKXVN dated February 9, 2026 of the Fund Management Council. The reason for the dissolution is that the Fund no longer has the need and resources to continue maintaining operations as prescribed in Clause 1, Article 43 of Decree 03/2026/ND-CP of the Government.
The Vietnam Green Startup Fund said it has completed the procedures related to the termination of operations. All assets, records and documents of the Fund have been liquidated according to regulations.
In addition, the Fund has fully paid off debts and financial obligations arising during its operations. Up to now, the Fund affirms that there are no more debts to the State, organizations or individuals.
To ensure the legitimate rights and interests of relevant parties, the Fund requests organizations and individuals who need to resolve related issues to contact the Fund's representative within 15 days from the date the notice is last posted.

Through the dissolution notice, the Vietnam Green Startup Fund also sends thanks to state management agencies, organizations, businesses and individuals who have been interested, supported and accompanied the Fund throughout its operation.
The Fund is committed to being fully responsible before the law for the accuracy of the published contents, and at the same time fully fulfilling the obligations arising related to the dissolution process according to current regulations.
