Previously, at about 5:40 pm on August 18, the working group of Binh Thuan Commune Police on duty in the Phong Lai village area discovered and caught red-handed L.V. H (born 1983, residing in Phong Lai village) and L.V. K (born 1989, residing in Lai Kinh village, Binh Thuan commune) in the act of organizing the use and illegal use of drugs.
At the scene, the police force seized 1 blue nylon bag containing powder, white lumps suspected of heroin and mixed synthetic drugs, along with 2 mobile phones and some related exhibits.
Expanding the investigation, Binh Thuan Commune Police urgently searched L.V. H's residence, discovered and seized 1.5 cakes suspected of being heroin and 3 blue nylon bags containing pink pills suspected of being synthetic drugs.
According to the initial testimony of L.V. H, the above exhibits are heroin and synthetic drugs.
The case has been handed over by Binh Thuan Commune Police to Son La Provincial Police for further investigation and handling according to their authority.
Recognizing achievements in the fight against and prevention of crime, the People's Committee of Binh Thuan commune awarded unexpected certificates of merit to the collective of the commune police and individuals participating in the arrest of the subjects.
